Meet Patricio
I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, a city renowned for its wide access to psychotherapy, bringing with me a clear sense on how therapy could be useful and incorporated into everyday life.
I trained as a therapist because I strongly believe that therapy could be beneficial to anyone wanting to live more fully and authentically, no matter their circumstances.
I have been living in the UK since 2008 and I hold a Diploma on Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Northern Guild in Newcastle. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with their ethical framework.
How I work
My philosophy is based on personal growth - I will help you explore your present challenges and face transitions with a renewed sense of awareness.
I work with a humanistic, integrative orientation. This means that I focus on the person as a whole, as an individual and in their relationships. I call from diverse theories, philosophies and experiences to suit your specific needs.
Prior training as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I had a corporate career in global businesses for over 20 years, allowing to bring a first-hand experience in coaching and supporting those individuals with high-pressure jobs and complex work dynamics.
